Welcome to

We can definitely help you out with that, but we will need to have an idea of what you are currently doing. If you will post a note that gives us a starting point for our suggestions, then we can provide that help.

Welcome to EllenW

Post by Rustsmith »

Saturday, December 12

Welcome to

EllenW, who was diagnosed with RLS last summer and hasn’t found the right medication (about 7 different ones) yet to relieve symptoms. She is seeing a neurologist who seems knowledgeable. The uncomfortable sensations are in her lower legs and sometimes her arms. They occur every day while at rest and worse in the evening which makes falling asleep very difficult.

If you are willing to tell us what medications you have tried (and any others you are taking), we may be able to suggest something that your doctor hasn't suggested.

Welcome to Saybo249

Post by badnights »

Today Saybo249 joins us, suffering from sleep deprivation and anxiety. Saybo249, many of us suffer from anxiety and/or depression, and all of us suffer from sleep deprivation. Most of us also have suffered from other people's lack of understanding of this disease and how devastating it can be. Please feel welcome here. Post replies and questions in existing topics, or start a Topic of your own and tell us more about your situation. People here are very caring and will respond with empathy and useful information.
