Welcome to JenRH
Wednesday, June 23
Welcome to
JenRH, for whom RLS is something that she has struggled with since she was a teenager, increasing in severity as she got older. It keeps her from sleeping well, and can be disruptive in life.
If there is anything that we can to do help you out, just post a note and tell us what we can do.

Welcome to sentinjna
Saturday, June 26
Welcome to
sentinjna, whose RLS has been getting much worse since sentinjna's son-in-law was diagnosed with stage 3B colo-rectal cancer in May 2020. Sentinja was started on quinine then pregabalin but proved allergic so now on ropinirole. RLS quietened down but scared of augmentation.
Augmentation will eventually be an issue with ropinerole, but hopefully is will take years for that to occur. Many of us on the board have been through augmentation. It isn't pleasant to get off of dopamine agonists, but it is doable, especially with a supportive doctor who is willing to prescribe an opioid. If you have any questions, feel free to ask for whatever help you need.
