Welcome to kego

Welcome to

kego, who can remember getting RLS symptoms as early as 8 or 9 years old, but it really didn't become a problem until his 20s. His RLS started to become a serious problem in his 30s. He is 45 now and am at the point where he has to be far more proactive in the care and treatment of his RLS.

If you would like some suggestion on how to improve management of your RLS, just post a note to give us an idea of what you are doing so that we will know where to start.

Welcome to

Bobbert, whose RLS has really made life miserable. Bobbert can't function like a normal human being.

If you are willing to tell us a bit about what you are doing to control your symptoms, we may be able to offer some suggestions to help you function more normally.

Welcome to

Jodieg123, who is the parent of a child with RLS.

Take a look through our forum on Special Populations to get an idea of what can be done to help children with RLS. We may also be able to offer a few suggestions if you can tell us a bit more.

Welcome today to

julietippetts - who finds that wed/rls profoundly affects daily life, always on the mind how to try and deal with the symptoms throughout the day, and dreading going to bed. Feeling isolated, depressed and hopeless. Finding the foundation she finally feels hope!

We understand so well how you are feeling. Please tell us how you have been coping so far, are you on any medications and if so what doses, what has or has not worked for you. We are here to try and help.
