I just read the post and i`m sorry that you had to feel alone...i`m soooo happy for this site. I really thought I had something wrong with me and the doc wasent helping. It makes sence that its a neuro problem. My legs will just start kicking out...jumping up..my ex-husband got it in the back alot(altho he thinks i did it on purpose..teehee :P )My kids don`t seem to be bothered by rls but my dad and my sister have said symptoms(sp?).

I was on Paxil for a year and didn`t have the problems so much at night...now im off...(this just occured to me  )And my legs and arms have been going crazy..

Well, tomorrow is aother day..and it will be better...I`d like all of you reading this post to have a very smooth and relaxing night...as well as we can, right :?:
IT`S NICE TO BE IMPORTANT BUT IT`S MORE IMPORTANT TO BE NICE...

my doc sent me to a sleep specialist and he didnt help at all. everytime i brought it up about my legs kicking he just said " ya you told me that already " all he wanted to do was get me hooked up with a sleep apnea machine. i made another oppointent to see my family doc. so im hoping he can help me out this time. i dont think i need a apnea machine cuz i never stopped breathing when i did the sleep test with the machine. im sorry to rant , but has anyone gone through this before with the apnea machine. i hope my family doc can help me out.
