Oh my goodness
Oh my goodness
It is now 6 am I have been tossing and turning for around 5 and a half hours, doing streches, exercising, everything and my legs will not settle down. Every night this seems to get worse and worse. I am really at a loss at what to do. I am really suffering from this and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am only 18 years old and I don't know what to do. I also suffer from severe episodes of Sleep paralysis, which makes me fear sleeping. Please someone point me in the right direction, I dont know what to do.

You can get support here!
AriaDragonfly,
I know it seems an impossible situation, but you'll find lots of support here. You might want to start with a Neurologist in your who is familiar with RLS or a sleep specialist. They can do the testing you'll need to find what can be done for you. Don't think you're alone in all this. Everyone here has gone through hell trying to cope with the sleeplessness. Read through the posts for the newcomers, you'll find many links filled with good information and assistance.
Hope you find relief soon!
