Hi peeps

Been in bed for 2 hrs and have had to get, my whole body wont stop jumping and the pain is unbearable. having a chocolate drink and have taken some co-proxamol to see IF it helps, i am so fed up with this i could cry, anyone any suggestions as to how i can go back to bed and not jump around? Help im desperate.
