Does anyone out there end up with pain in their legs from their RLS?

hi khandee,
hmmm... not sure what you mean? can you explain further what you are getting?
my muscles and particulalry my achilles tendons ache from all the movement i do all the time to try and get rid of the "feelings". otherwise no.

some people do actually get 'pain' with their rls though, rather than an "ache/itch/creepycrawlies" etc.

I should have clarified it better. I get pain in my knees. Is that from all the movement?
