Hey..I'm NEW here I think that I have RLS I constantly kick my wife sooo much that we are debating getting twin beds...I've tried everything I can think of to stop..ie stay up until I can't keep my eyes open..go to bed early before her.....drink myself into stuper....eat dinner ealy eat late....

Help any suggestions would be appreciated :oops:

Yes, twin bed is a good idea. :)

No caffein, please! :cry:

No, over the counter sleep medications containing antihistamines (Tylenol PM, Benadryl. :cry:

No alcohol, sorry! :cry:

Need to find another doctor. But first ask him/her why does he think you do not have RLS/PLMD? :wink:

Help is available but need a good doctor. 8)
