Hi everyone!

Just wanted to introduce myself.....new to this "club"....sure glad to find this!

I was diagnosed with RLS 3 years ago....up until about a year ago I knew what sleep was!!

Been dealing with about 2-3 hours of "good" sleep lately...and I know many of you can relate to this!

Just wanted to say hello.....and thank you all for the great discussions on the boards....kinda makes me feel "normal" after all......

Pleased to have you. Do you want to share your experiences? :)

If so, go the the topic ORP on the General Forum.

What happened a year ago that made your sleep worse? :?:

Have you ever had a sleep test?

What medication were you on a year ago, and what are you on now? :?:

Hi Cammi,

Welcome! I'm fairly new myself and in the short time I've been here have been overwhelmed with useful information and incredible kindness. This is a good place.
