RLS and Weakness

Hi,
I experience the classic symptoms of RLS, but I also experience my right leg calf and right forearm feel weak like rubber, but I have no lost of strength. Is this a symptom of RLS? I've been to several doctors; I cannot get a answer. Any help will be appriciated.
