Has anyone had success with Vitamin E?
Over the course of many years (25?), I've found that if I don't take my vitamin E, after a day or two I get RLS. This has always been my cue to get back on the E. My theory is that the E improves circulation (which it does!), so it seems natural that it would affect the circulation in the legs. Anyone else helped by taking E?
