Sinemet is working!

Post by squirmy »

Just wanted to let you all know that I started taking Sinemet (carbidopa & levodopa) about two weeks ago and it has been a great relief. I actually am comfy all night long for about a week straight now. I was on Neurontin for about three months, with some improvement, but then the symptoms came back, worse than ever. I had a 20 hour episode and could hardly walk for two days from overworked muscles from jerking and squirming for such a long period of time. It was also the first time that it affected me during the day. I am hoping that the Sinemet continues to work so well. It is the med used for Parkinsons, but has been so very helpful with my RLS. Hope this info helps those who are still looking for the right medications. Tina
