Is it RLS?

Post by saralsharma »

I just wanted to make sure that it is RLS.
While sitting and sleeping my hands and legs want to be bent so that there is a stress in the joints and the unusual sensation is gone.
Other symptoms are normal.

Saral, you haven't given us much information. I can supply the basic definition, but only you can tell it it fits you.

-There is an odd sensation, most usually in feet, calves or thighs
-The sensation goes away with movement
-It happens in the evening while at rest (sitting, lying down, etc.)

Does this all apply to your situation?

Hi Ann,
Yes all the symptoms that you have mentioned are present.
At about 5-6 AM my legs require a movement and I feel like getting out of bed and stand on my feet. Moreover during the day my hands gets worst.
I only knew about this illness 7 days ago.
Thanks for this web site and for you Ann.
