Congratulations on making your first post
If you wish to comment on a post in a thread, just click on 'post reply' which is in red at the bottom left.
And if you wish to start a thread...
Just decide on the Board Index page which Forum Page is most suitable, i.e. Prescription Meds, or General Topics etc etc.... Click on the title to open that particular forum, and then click New Topic which is at the top left. And there you are, give your thread a headin/title, type your post and click on Submit which is underneath.
