I read that some sufferers are helped by low dose hydrocortisone injections.
Has anyone tried this?
If so, in what part of the leg was the injection admninistered, and what potency?

Re: Hydrocortisone for RLS
I have never heard of anyone on this forum using it. There was a study in Germany in 2008: there is a link here viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1922&p=39839&hilit=hydrocortisone#p39839
That's the only time I've heard of it. Maybe the study can provide some more information.
