katzgirl, who suffers from insomnia & moderately severe RLS. She is increasing ferritin but symptoms are still terrible and would like to see what others are taking.

4rls, who has severe RLS with chronic pain.
buglegs, who kept going to the doctor for always being tired / depressed. Wife witnessed episodes of severe PLMD and lots of leg movements. Currently taking 2MG Requip 4x day but its just become a bandaid now and has heard certain valium / Xanax medicines in combination with requip may help.

Welcome to the board, where you will find many who share your conditions. You should be able to find what you need here, whether it is information, a need to discuss things or simply to vent. If you don't find it, post a note asking the question.

We all share about what we do, whether through medications or stretching or using alternate methods.
