Welcome to
Ctraven49, who I has been dealing with RLS for a number of years and would like to see if there is a way to deal with this without depending on RX.
Take a look at the discussions in Physical Treatments and Non-prescription medications to get an idea of what has and has not worked for others. Feel free to post any questions you may have.

Welcome this Sunday, December 28
mattg74, who has had a hard time getting the right help with some doctors rejecting the diagnosis of WED/RLS which makes getting the right medications or advice to help ease the symptoms difficult.
Many of us have problems finding the right doctor who "gets it" with WED. Take a look through the discussion thread to get an idea of what has worked for others as well as various treatment options. Also, please post any questions or comments that you may have. We are all here to help provide you with information.

Welcome to
popcornjim, who is unable to sleep because of the urge to move my legs... usually the left leg, but sometimes both PLUS my arms.
You will find that sort of problem common to many of us. Take a look around to see what others are doing to control their WED. And, please post any questions that you might have.
