December 4, welcome to whowens. Whowens is a longtime Foundation member and has a tough case of WED. Also a behavioral scientist, whowens also believes there is value in anecdotal evidence.

Whowens, you'll find everything here - science, anecdotes, and conjecture. We try to temper ourselves and apply a scientific perspective to our observations, though sometimes what we do best is just listen and give each other support.

Genfleish - who is taking pramipexole but still sleeping poorly and is seeking alternatives such as non prescription drugs to help sleep. Also seeking a more hands on physician.

Take a look at the Just Joined Forum and the stickies (at the top of the page) which will be a good start. Please post when you feel ready, ask questions and we will do what we can to help.
