Welcome today to

scorpio2005, whose RLS has been really bad the last week or so with no sleep or a way to get past it. scorpio has always had "restless leg" - but this is a whole new level.

Many of us have had this experience, so you are in the right place. Please post a note telling us about any medications you are taking and/or treatments that you have tried.

Welcome today to:

MMCockman - who would like to hear what works for others. MMCockman is finding that mood is affected and it is difficult to keep up with the usual daily routine.

Take a look at the Just Joined section for good information. If you post a little about your history with RLS/WED we will be happy to try and help.

Welcome today to

AnnT, who wants help with rls/plm and to hear what others have used to help them.

and to

EdanGrey, whose RLS is getting worse over time.

Take a look through the files to see if you find anything useful. You might want to start with "A good place to start" at the top of this forum. If you have any questions, please feel free to add a new posting.

and to

namolinari, who has been having increasing restless leg syndrome over the last year, not only when going to sleep, but during the day as well. The RLS is also in her arms and fingers.

It sounds like you may be experiencing augmentation. Take a look at the postings in the Topic of the Year forum to decide if this might be you and if it is, what you can do about it.
