requip/mirapax dosages

What are the dosages for mirapax and requip that are considered safe for rls?

Depends on who you ask, unfortunately. Lee, Buchfuhrer, and Allen, all seem to agree that .25 max dose for pramipexole and, I think, 1 mg for ropinerole.

There was a time when it was considered ok to go up to 4mg daily on Ropinerole but this was then reconsidered.
Unfortunately I am on the 4mg dosage.
