Jamdahay - who has had RLS since age 17, herbals-tonic water/exercises until until age 30. Since tried chiropractor, TENS, and Meds- 2-3rd shift worker with 24 hour symptoms with arm involvement and red tape getting 24 hour coverage.
Please do make a post and tell us about your history of RLS treatment and what has or has not helped.
