Welcome today to

Cherry, who must sleep in another room, when she sleeps at all. The pills she takes makes her sleep during day, mixing up night and day. It is shortening her life.

These are issues that we are all familiar with. Take a look around to get ideas and feel free to post a note with any questions or comments that you have.

Welcome to

Carolann48, who is looking for information and says "misery loves company!"

You definitely have come to the right place. We can help with the information and all of us will agree about the misery. Take a look around and then feel free to post a note introducing yourself and asking any questions that you have.

and to

Ardalton, whose sleep is severely effected. In addition to RLS, Ardalton also suffers from severe cramps which also only occur at night. The two are very different in sensation but sometimes occur simultaneously.

Please feel free to post a note introducing yourself and asking any questions that remain after you have looked around.

Welcome to

sleeplessmom5, whose symptoms are getting worse everyday and the medicines are no longer helping. She wants to keep up with others to see if there is anything that can help and to try and help others out because there is not enough known about RLS and it does create a terrible lifestyle without sleep and pain.

Take a look around, particularly the forum on Augmentation since that may be why your meds no longer help. And feel free to post a note introducing yourself and asking any questions that you have.

Welcome to

Ruthy, who has had RLS - twitching and cramping on and off foe a few years. She just connected it to going back on Crestor 5 mg 2x a week. It was all gone and within a month of restarting Crestor it came back. She is searching to see if this is the cause. Restful Legs by Hylands helps.

If you use the search function in the upper left, you can find out whether anyone else has already mentioned the use of Crestor or other cholesterol meds. If you don't find what you need, feel free to post a note asking our membership about their experiences.

and

barbclem66, who needs to find a solution to random restless and aching legs.

Take a look around and then please post a note introducing yourself and your issues and the asking any questions you have.

Welcome to

baxterforest, who says RLS is ruining his life and that it has become worse over time. He is dealing with augmentation and has not had more than 4 hours sleep - and many times less - any night in the last five weeks.

Take a look through our past discussions, especially the forum on Augmentation. Then please post a note introducing yourself and asking any questions that you have.
