Welcome to sunman

Post by Rustsmith »

Welcome to sunman, whose RLS has caused PLMD, which has been sometimes been very prevalent at night. It causes disturbed sleep and also distrubs his spouse. So he has been looking for resources.

Take a look around and then feel free to post a note letting us know how we can help or clarify any questions you have.

Welcome to

mosey5, whose RLS has ruined life and career - mosey5 is miserable with it, geting by on very little sleep. Its awful.

Take a look around to get some ideas on things that you can do to improve things. No matter how bad your RLS is, there are always new things to try. And please post a note telling us about yourself and what we can do to help
