Welcome to MikeysGal

Welcome to

MikeysGal, who is not sleeping and now is keeping her husband up. She thinks it is time to try medication, but is really nervous about side effects. So, it's either separate beds or meds.

Take a look around, especially at the Prescription Medication forum. You will see frequent use of "we are all different", which means that it will require some experimentation and the real trick is finding a doctor who truly understands RLS. So, please post a note asking any questions that you have.

Welcome to

Legcrazy, whose meds are not working and she wants to see if that happens.

Yes, it happens! You may be experiencing augmentation, so take a look through that forum for info. Unfortunately, RLS can also get worse with age. Please post a note telling us about your RLS treatment(s) and asking any questions that you have.

Welcome to Dondee68

Thursday, December 29

Welcome to

Dondee68, who used to have RLS and then quit having it. Last night it came back and was still bothersome this a.m.
She can't settle down and is constantly moving her legs. And she rarely gets enough sleep.

Take a look around to see if you can find some suggestions that will help. The forums on Physical Treatments and Non-prescription Meds would be good places to start. And please feel free to post a note with any questions you have so that we can offer some specific suggestions for you.
