Welcome to
Suemadden, who has struggled with RLS for few years. She finally met with her Dr about it and is now on a script - she wants to see how others deal with it.
What we do depends a lot upon the severity of our RLS and how long we have been on treatment. Control is possible, but as you will see, there are a number of different approaches being used. If you post a note about yourself, we may be able to offer you some suggestions or answer any questions you have.

Welcome to lynnck1

Welcome to
lynnck, who has suffered with RLS for many years. She has to sleep separate from her husband because she is so annoying when her RLS starts. It also bothers her during day when she sits down to read.
We can all appreciate what you are talking about. Take a look around to get an idea of what others do to manage their RLS and feel free to post a note with any questions or comments that you have.

Welcome to lsk1
Sunday, January 29
Welcome to
lsk1, who says "RLS absolutely rules my life". Whatever is being done, planned, worked on, requires anticipation of how bad it's effects.
Take a look around and then please post a note about what you are doing to treat your RLS so that we can have a chance to offer some suggestions.
