Welcome to

bakerylady, who says no one around her understands! She has had RLS for at least 25 years.

Well, you found someplace were everyone understands and "gets it". Please post a note telling us what you do to control your RLS and asking any questions that you have.

Welcome to

KDJM, who RLS varies in frequency and intensity. It has gotten worse over time, and KDJM is very concerned about the fact that it is progressive.

Take a look around to get an idea of how it has developed over time for others. And please post a note telling us about you are are doing to manage it and asking any questions that you have.
