I tried Potassium Citrate, and it didn't do a thing for my restless legs. However, it did make my urine more alkaline, which for an 80 year old mean less trips to the bathroom at night. Now that I finished my experiment with potassium citrate for restless legs, I found I could reduce it to half the amount and still have pH of 7.0 which worked.
Fascinating. And, great for you!
