Kratom physiology

I bought some of the Red Maeng Da, but it is incredibly stimulating. Wondering how you all are able to fall asleep on this.

Red Borneo is supposed to be the most sedating, but I sleep fine with Maeng Da as well. Perhaps we just react differently to each strain.
