With restless legs we will do almost anything to get relief. On occasion I've put my legs on the dashboard when I've been a passenger in a car. After seeing this x-ray of crushed legs and pelvis I will never do this again.
Check it out if you haven't seen it before.

Horrifying. I've never ever put my feet up on the dash but I guess there are those like yourself who do.

omg I do that all the time! What else can you do, besides cross your legs (if your knees can handle it)?? Gee an option removed. Do we have to go to the rear seat? Maybe I should just never be a passenger.
Beth - Wishing you a restful sleep tonight

Yeah, but when I have RLS, I cannot drive, either!badnights wrote:omg I do that all the time! What else can you do, besides cross your legs (if your knees can handle it)?? Gee an option removed. Do we have to go to the rear seat? Maybe I should just never be a passenger.

Re: Don't do this when a car passenger
When I’m in a car (driving or riding) and RLS kicks in, there is nothing for it but I need to find a safe place to stop, take some kratom, and then get out and walk around for 5 to 10 minutes. That usually takes care of it.
