Unexpectedly I got an infusion today. My niece who works as an RN in this clinic. This is what got today:
IV 2000mg Magnesium, 5000 mcg b12, 600 mg glutathione and 5cc poly mva which is alpha lipoic acid.
At my next infusion they can go up to 1000mg glutathione and 10cc poly mva for more anti inflammatory support.
I haven't felt this good in years. I am so relaxed. I will let you know how I sleep tonight.

Re: Infusion
I now have had two nights since the infusion. I did not need my usual extra meds at bedtime and I was able to sleep. I did have more energy during the day.
The only problem is that since my sleep is so messed up, I had trouble going to sleep, even though I was tired and relaxed. Those bedtime meds had been knocking me out.
I think in the long term, all that magnesium did help my legs. I've had no RLS. The night before I had two mild spasms. Last night I only had one.
Today is the second day after the infusion. It will be interesting to see how long the infusion will last. I am wondering, if over time I will be able to go to sleep easier. I was told I should do this weekly. It is expensive. Even with good results, not sure I can afford it.

Re: Infusion
I do hope this is a really good sign and see how it goes in the next few days/nights. Shame it is expensive.

Re: Infusion
Yeah, my niece offered to pay for weekly infusions, but that's too much. I won't allow that. If you have plenty of money, it's great.

Re: Infusion
Wonderful! Except the expense, of course. Could you do it monthly?

Re: Infusion
I just got my second magnesium infusion. I felt so good the last time for a week. Too bad they only last a week. She also gives me an anti-inflammatory.
