I've been taking iron supplements
I've been taking iron supplements
and B12 injections for one year, and my RLS symptoms have improved, however I recently experienced an attack of gout. I've haven't been previously diagnosed with gout, and I am wondering if iron supplementation can be the cause. Any thoughts?

Re: I've been taking iron supplements
I have never seen anything about a connection between iron supplements and gout.

Thanks for response, according to Renal and Urology News, gout risk is possibly linked to iron intake. Findings are based on several studies in various countries and regions.
