Hyland's Restful Legs Medication

Has anyone ever heard of this medication? I'm hearing alot of wonderful things about it but no nothing about it and have never seen anyone on here speak of it. From what I understand its a tablet that dissolves under your tounge.

I moved this to the non-pharm section because there are other responses in this section about it.

It didn't help me when I tried it a long time ago, but a people now and then have said it helps them.

It's like all the non-pharm things...they help a few people, but not the majority and you just have to try it to see if you are one of the lucky ones.

I have tried this (a full bottle) for a few weeks and it seemed to work but not really. I think this is the type of Homepathic Medicine that's practiced in England. Natural substances that are not scientifically tested to the standards of real pharmacuticals.

Restful Legs for me as well. I also discovered that I was exercising too much. It has to be a happy medium.
