A BIG what if

RLS occurs more frequently in certain populations, including people with end-stage renal disease, women during pregnancy, and people with iron deficiency. Also, RLS/WED in the elderly and children brings other challenges. Sharing your experiences may be extraordinarily helpful to others.

I have been using my first order which was Red Vein Borneo. Like stjohnh, this was because it was most commonly referred to among forum members.
From my very limited experience it helps with the urge to move but has been of no benefit to my insomnia.
I think (much) larger doses may promote sedation but I haven't taken that step.
