Gabapentin--Lyrica--Horizant?
Gabapentin--Lyrica--Horizant?
Anyone heard of anyone who got depressed on both gabapentin and lyrica, NOT get depressed on Horizant? (I know we are all different.)

Re: Gabapentin--Lyrica--Horizant?
I doubt if anyone who got depressed on gabapentin would want to try Horizant. It is a pro-drug of gabapentin that becomes gabapentin in the body, so I don't imagine it would behave much differently. It was developed to deal with the erratic absorption of gabapentin, so consistency of effect would be the main difference.
I doubt a doctor would prescribe Horizant to someone who had become depressed on gabapentin. But maybe I'm wrong.
