You're the Bionic Woman! Or the Six-Million-Dollar Woman! (remember those shows?)
If only your sleep was stable and deep; then you could handle everything else. I hope the nerve block works and the spasms stop for good. And thank goodness none of you have covid!
Beth - Wishing you a restful sleep tonight

You are indeed the Bionic Woman. It is pleasing to see that you are now heading on a more positive pathway and have several treatments due in the very near future. This of course doesn't help you at present. Hold in there.... help is coming. So easy to say. I hope it does come very soon.

Would be wonderful if that nerve block worked to stop the spasms. That tear in your rotator cuff sounds painful.
