Has Anyone Tried Dipiridyamole During Augmentation?

As the title says, has anyone tried dipiridyamole while augmenting?

Theoretically speaking, it could work to reverse augmentation…. Dipiridyamole is an adenosine uptake inhibitor. It stimulates the A1 receptor. The A1 receptor forms an heteromer with the D1 receptor. That basically means they modulate each other. In effect, the A1 receptor activity antagonizes the D1 receptor.

Augmentation, at least the spreading of symptoms, is thought to occur due to overactivity of the D1 receptor. Wouldn’t that mean Dipiridyamole could potentially reverse the augmentation.

I think the main question is the location of the receptor that Dipiridyamole binds to.

Following. I tried to get dipyridamole from 2 different doctors, neither of them was ready to prescribe it because of possible side effects.

I couldn't get it prescribed, either.

I tried to get it too and my doctor wouldn't prescribe it either. Dr was worried as it is an anti-platlette. Would love to try it though.
