I am going to post on each forum a thread entitled ATTENTION: ON-LINE SURVEY (interim report). This post will tell you how to access the new survey.
This survey will be amended from time to time as new information on RLS is avavilable. At present we already have almost eighty participants and aiming (hoping) for several hundred. No deadline in sight yet.
