hearing loss, ringing in the ears, palpitations
Just curious as to whether anyone has experienced any symptoms of loss of hearing, ringing in the ears or palpitations related to meds. I have had ringing in my ears and ? decreased hearing. I don't know if is because of the meds or because I am hyper-aware of how my body is functioning because I am on new meds, making the usual ringing seem louder. I have definitely been having palpitations. Also not sure if this is med related.

These all can be side effects of medications. People have discussed tinnitus here many times as a side effect - that's the ringing in your ears, most likely. It can happen as a result of medication - or just happen anyway. Have you looked at the medications you're using to see if these are potential side effects? If they are and they are bothering you, definitely contact your doctor. Palpitations can be benign, but also can indicate problems. Regardless of if they are on the list of potential side effects, definitely speak with your doctor about them.
I have a mild tinnitus - not related to medication. it comes and goes. Same with palpitations. I've had the palpitations checked out and they are a common form that doesn't indicate any heart problems. They still freak me out when I have them!
