I wonder what "once in the afternoon as needed" means. Does he intend you to take it every day? How will you know if you need it until it's too late? etc.

Response from Neurologist was way too vague.
We know that a DA works best when kept ahead of symptoms, once symptoms have started it's a bit hit and miss and certainly not as efficient.
