Relief from acupuncture ring!!!

Post by moonlight »

I want to tell everyone about this as I've had 8 nights uninterupted sleep!!!!!!

My hubby claims I snore....me !!!! I haven't heard a thing, he he he......so i thought I'll go and see whats on the market to help ...but of course had to consider what may make my rls worse , and with going thru such a bad patch of it that was my priority.

Anyway i bought an accupuncture ring...it is silver and you wear it on your pinky , female on left hand , male on right.....

Well I am very surprised not only has it helped with the snoring ....but I am sleeping right through the night, not waking at all, no rls.... can wear it for max 12hrs ....I am sleeping for up to 9hrs!!!!

Ok it could be coinsidence, but it's good for me just now.I still get the rls in the evening a little , I also think the accupuncture i get at the hospital is helping , im on a break from that just now , but can go back for it whenever I feel i need to.

hope this helps someone else

Far out, Moonlight. Where did you get the ring? Is it just an ordinary silver ring? I'm glad your other acupuncture stuff is helping you, too! This is great. I shall keep in mind this apparent solution to your sleep, in case mine acts up again.

Hi Dogeyed...I got the ring from the chemist shop ....its silver....its not a complete circle , it has a space, to tighten or loosen it , and there is a raised bar down one side of the ring , which is worn on the outside of the pinky at an acupuncture point which is meant to reduce snoring and help sleep........

let the sleep continue
hope you stay well

Hi Moonlight
I saw the ring in Boots Chemist, it was £30 so I thought I'd wait until just after christmas expenses.
Glad it is still working for you, and I will see more about it in a few days.
So glad you are having a better time.
