I've gotten to the point that I have to take my Requip with me wherever I go. I drive people nuts if I don't have my meds.
Everything I eat turns to sh*t.

I never leave the house without my Requip and my Tramadol. Sounds like I'm pretty dependent, but its just a case of being prepared at all times.

I actually have two lots, in case I lost one set.
