Dogeyed , my chair is definitely wrong my son has the proper one in his room since i hardly use the computer. the opiate is the only ting that's keeping me sane
just now...am under a lot of stress and i think is not helping ...i go to the pain clinic for acupuncture on Monday so hopefully relief .

lots of us have noticed that the WED/RLS gets worse during periods of stress, so you weren't imagining that.
