I found an easy to understand book on sleep!!

Postby stjohnh » Thu Feb 08, 2018 2:41 pm

I have been seriously sleep-deprived over the past week or 10 days due to attempts at adjusting my medications to get better sleep. This has left my brain completely foggy pretty much 24/7. I recently found a book on sleep that I can still understand even with my foggy brain. The URL for the book on Amazon is listed below.

One of the few Dr. Suess's books I haven't read. Sorry to hear about your difficult 10 days.

I just ordered this book. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. I'm hoping it helps with my 2 year old grandson going to sleep and me too!
