Weird question about hairy legs and rls

I wanted to know if anyone else has this problem. I'm a guy and I have hairy legs, but the sides of my lower legs have been rubbed bald from my legs twitching at night. It looks terrible . Besides shaving the rest of my legs to match, any suggestions? Thanks

I can't help you with this one. I never did have much hair on my legs and with age, it is almost all gone now. Seems like the only place I can grow hair now is my beard, which will very quickly approaching snow white.

Can you stand to wear any socks while sleeping? I wonder if your legs were covered if the friction would be between the sock and the sheet, rather than you leg.
