Varicose Veins

Hi - I have had RLS for over 20 years - discomfort levels have peaked and valleyed over the years. Right now is a peak - has been for the last 10 months. I am 46 and in good health. I would like to know if anyone has had any treatment on varicose veins that has helped to relieve the symptons of RLS. My veins are bad and are currently being treated. I have completed 4 out of the 8 treatments - treatments are 4 weeks apart. I have not noticed any particular degree of relief yet - my doctor says/thinks this should make a major difference. Also has anyone been recomended to wear support hose and wear them 24/7? Thanks for your info - Gayle

My doc has not recommended support hose, but I have tried them on my own and they do help me. I only wear them occasionally though and not all the time. I don't have varicose vein problems so I can't help you there. Check out the other RLS websites and keep monitoring this one.
