Device for tracking PLMs??
Hi all. Can anyone recommend a device to purchase and use at home that accurately tracks PLMs during sleep? Thanks.

As far as I know, the only truly accurate ones are medical grade and not accessible OTC.

Re: Device for tracking PLMs??
For the heck of it I googled actigraph ebay. There were no Actigraph brand devices but there was a Philips one for under $50 (Respironics Actiwatch 2) - but I don't think it records PLMs. I don't think any of the actigraphy devices do.
