surgery affecting RLS?
surgery affecting RLS?
I've had RLS for years being treated with pramipexsole. Recently had arthroscopy on left knee and it seems that now my nerves are rally angry about it. They're not just restless, but it feels like they are erupting like a volcano with movement. I practically have to jump right out of bed. Right leg has no change. Has anyone had any experience like this??
Re: surgery affecting RLS?
It happened to me too. It subsided after a few weeks. RLS flares after surgery seem to be common.

Re: surgery affecting RLS?
I understand that back surgery in particular can cause/trigger rls.

Re: surgery affecting RLS?
Every time I have had surgery, knees, hips, and back, my RLS increased. It takes a few weeks to go back to where you were.
