Top of foot pain and RLS
Has anyone every had the top of your foot hurt. Or even throb and then your RLS starts? That's been happening to me lately. It's mild RLS and goes away soon.

That hasn't happened to me. My initial sign is always an ache on the back of my thighs.

I don't seem to get any indicators, rls just arrives. Like an unwanted guest who will then not leave.

Yes, I frequently get pain in the top of my foot but I’m quite sure it is arthritis. I also get it in my hands. Rubbing a little hemp cream into my skin helps quite a bit.

That sounds reasonable. I have arthritis everywhere.

I also have arthritis and it is especially painful in my feet. The top of my feet have issues of burning and sensitivity but I believe this comes more from my neuropathy.
