A man was prescribed 6mg of neupro patch for his RLS. The man has been convicted of a violent crime. His lawyer failed to build a defense based on loss of impulse control. I am seeking any information that might aid his defense.

I don't have any knowledge that might help. But you might try calling the RLS Foundation and ask to speak with the CEO, Karla. She knows most of the RLS experts and her husband is a professor of law.
