Here a link for a preview. DH and DD saw it and said it was very interesting.
It looks like it'll be on some more,next date 11/24 @ 9am.

Finally able to sleep on average 9 hours a night!

Thanks for posting that Sugbrendas. I believe that somewhere in this forum there is a link to the whole presentation. Also, Discovery Healthy will send copies of the DVD free of charge. It would be a good thing to bring to a doctor, along with a copy of the Mayo Clinic Algorithm, because it does mention a whole range of treatment options including painkillers.

I can't do it now, but I'll search the site and try and find the link to the whole presentation.

Thanks again for posting this. It is a very good resource and we tend to forget that it exists.

yeah,i would love the link to the whole thing.
I feel pretty stable right now.
AND my last cigarette was 11 days ago!
40 years of heavy smoking aint easy to quit!
I'm on the med Chantrix. I haven't had any sleep problems with it.
Finally able to sleep on average 9 hours a night!

Congrats on the smoking!!! It sure isn't easy. I haven't heard much about the Chantrax, but it sounds like it's working for you. Good!
